WILL I REMEMBER WHAT HAS HAPPENED?

SO, I'M NOT ASLEEP THEN?

CAN I SPEAK WHILST IN HYPNOSIS?

CAN I BE MADE TO DO ANYTHING AGAINST MY WILL?

WHAT COMMITMENT DO I HAVE TO MAKE?

This will vary, but often self-hypnosis will be taught and this and this needs to be practiced on a daily basis - it takes about 15 minutes. (back to top)

 

 

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

This will vary from individual to individual.

Simpler problems can be resolved in just 1 or 2 sessions. Others will take longer, but
